Diff between Mail Message and Mail item collection

Hi friends,

In our project, system.collections.Generic.list<Microsoft.interop.Mailitem> variable is used as output variable for ‘Getoutlook mail read activity’ and System.collections.generic.list<system.net.mail.mailmessage> variable is used as output for ‘Get outlook mail message’ activity. What is actually difference?
