Could you post a screenshot of the issue and a description of the steps that led to the error? Could you also confirm that it is indeed 2019.3.0 and not the 2019.4.0 which was released yesterday?
I am running the workflow from Studio on a VM and somehow I am unable to take a screen shot,

I have installed again with an other email id and the issue has been resolved.
No, I have not connected to Orchestrator.
When I click Run on UiPath Studio-the message appears “Device not ready” System.IO.Exception
This issue happens intermittently on VM.
After connected to Orchestrator also, same error occurs
