Can you try with For Each UI Element activity and Inside use Click activity to download

Use For Each Ui Element activity and indicate Download button on any one file. Now it should highlight all similar file downloads.
Inside for each, you use Get attribute activity to get the download url of the file. Use this url into Download file from URL activity to download all the files one by one

First for each ui element would work..
Fibd children also will but i guess your filter in find children might be wrong

Yes ..you need to pass the currentitem into input element in the click activity to select each line
And in find children indicate full table..and give the filter for <webctrl tag='TD' tablecol='1' /> or which ever is unique for first column checkboxes alone
