Orchestrator account cannot be linked ..
after installation either from cmd or ui you need to connect
if orchestartor has then it would be
else if you have offline license then connect with that have nupkg directly in the local fodlers and can use it

You can achieve this by installing just the UiPath Assistant on the clients system. Then use a command-line script to automatically link it to your Orchestrator using the connection details like Client ID or Machine Key.
After that ensure the desired automation is published and correctly assigned to that clients machine in Orchestrator making the process immediately visible in their Assistant.
