Deploy Orchestrator and an unattended robot on the same virtual machine

Good afternoon!
A customer wants to deploy Orchestrator and an unattended robot on the same virtual machine.
What problems can be due to such a solution?

Hi @razorglob,
There are some reasons why it shouldn’t be done.
First this is that Orchestrator need some resources to function. DataBase, Services, Logs etc. It takes some resources to work well where additional tasks made by robot could interrupt and make it less stable. Secondly I’m not sure how Orchestrator could behave if Remote computer would trigger a job which would need to be performed from orchestrator to itself. This could make some task be undoable as process could go into conflict. And of course there are security reasons. I’m thinking of a robot which would mess up with the IIS configuration, expose database passwords etc.
