Deleting file issue

Hey everyone,

i am trying to delete exception screenshots/ Excel reports files which have been used as a attachment to send SMTP mail activity but the robot fails to delete the file as it is bein used by another process. Can you please help me resolve this issue as this started from a couple of weeks ago.

Hello @JRRAO

Can you try updating the packages to the latest version. Then give a try here.

If it’s still not working, open task manager and close all the services of excel and photos. Also restart your machine as well.

Hi @JRRAO,

Here you may be trying to use the screenshot without saving it yet.

You can add a few seconds pause after taking a screenshot.

You can check the number of .png files in that folder to make it dynamic.
