Deleting a listing in the Marketplace

Hi,

I have taken on a new role in Marketing and am reviewing our external presence. I can see we are listed in the Marketplace but I need to delete that listing as we don’t have that product anymore. I can’t see any support contact email. How do I get a listing deleted?

Try these steps once:

  1. Sign in to the account that originally published the listing and check if you have edit/remove permissions.
  2. If you don’t have access or cannot find a delete option, contact UiPath Marketplace Support through the Marketplace Help/Contact page or submit a support request.
  3. Provide the listing URL, company details, and state that the product is discontinued and you want the listing removed.

If you are referring to the UiPath Marketplace listing, you can contact the UiPath Marketplace team and request removal of the listing.

If you don’t see a support contact, you can raise a support request through the UiPath Customer Portal and provide the Marketplace listing URL and product details.

They should be able to help you remove or unpublish the listing.

There’s no self-service delete option for marketplace listing which is already approved by the UiPath team, removal has to go through UiPath’s Marketplace team directly.
For your reference:

Previously there used to be a separate ticketing portal for marketplace but now it has to go through a technical support from customer portal from here: Add Support Request | Customer Portal
