Hi @DICT-OKTOX,

Sorry to hear that.

If you are using Enterprise version then raise a ticket with support. They would be the only help you have.

For Community version:
So, were you logged in with tenantName - admin or host - admin ? From which user did you remove Administrator role?

If you have deleted yourself from tenant admin - Delete that tenant and create new one and you should be good.

host - admin - really don’t have idea but you keep posted for everyone with similar issue.

Thanks,
Ashok

Unfortunately, restoring administrator rights for a UiPath account that was accidentally deleted can be challenging, especially if you’re the only administrator. Here’s what you can try, but success depends on your specific UiPath setup:

If You’re Using UiPath Studio:

If You’re Using UiPath Orchestrator (On-Premises):

  • Check for Backup: If you have a recent backup of your Orchestrator database, you might be able to restore the deleted administrator account. Consult your UiPath documentation or contact your IT administrator for guidance on database restoration procedures.
  • Contact IT Administrator: If you’re not comfortable with database restoration or don’t have the necessary backups, reach out to your organization’s IT administrator. They might have alternative methods to recover the account or grant you administrator access through other means.

If You’re Using UiPath Cloud Orchestrator:

Unfortunately, restoring a deleted user account on UiPath Cloud Orchestrator is not possible. You’ll need to contact UiPath Support for assistance. They might be able to create a new administrator account for you, but this might require additional verification and potentially some downtime for your workflows.

Connecting with UiPath Support:

In scenarios where restoration isn’t an option, contacting UiPath Support is your best course of action. You can reach them through the following methods:

Prevention Tips:

To avoid similar situations in the future, consider these practices:

  • Multiple Admin Accounts: If you’re the sole administrator, create an additional administrator account for backup purposes. Grant this account access only when necessary.
  • Strong Passwords: Maintain strong and unique passwords for all your UiPath accounts. Avoid using the same password for multiple accounts.
  • Privileged Access Management: Larger organizations may implement privileged access management (PAM) solutions to manage administrator access more securely.

By following these steps and best practices, you’ll be better equipped to handle administrator access challenges in your UiPath environment.
