Delete duplicate column based on the value in cell in excel

How to delete the duplicate logon column contains the time ( highlighted in yellow) instead of date.

The logon column contains the time will be in different index in each download

So i can’t delete the column based on index value

I want to remove duplicate rows from a datatable if a particular column1 value is duplicate in other rows. dtOutput=dtOutput.DefaultView.ToTable(True,“column1”) when I try this it removes all the columns as well, but I need the rest of the columns.
