Delete attachment when email is forwarded

Hi Guys,

I need to forward a set of emails and approximately 5% of those email to be forwarded contain attachments with sensitive data, which shall not be forwarded. Is there any way to check, whether an attachment name contains a specific string and forward the mail without this specific attachment ? Thank you all in advance.
