Hi all,
I’m a student on the Community plan and my DefaultTenant has been disabled. I’m the organization administrator and I cannot re-enable it — the Enable button on the tenant settings page is grayed out and unclickable with no error message shown.
What I’ve tried:
- Clicking the Enable button directly — it is grayed out and does nothing
-
- Hard refreshing the page
-
- Signing out and back in
**Technical details (for UiPath staff)
After investigating the underlying cause, the portal’s own API call to the tenant toggle endpoint returns 401 “Missing authorization header!” when the button is triggered — meaning the portal backend itself is failing to authenticate the request. Additionally, the /identity_/api/checksessionendpoint was intermittently returning 503 (Service Unavailable) at the time, which appears to be what caused the portal to disable the Enable button defensively.
- Signing out and back in
This looks like a platform-side issue rather than a user configuration error.
Why this is urgent:
I have completed class projects in Studio Web stored in this tenant that I need to demo to my professor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a known fix, or can a UiPath staff member manually re-enable the tenant?
Thank you!
