"Default" service created for my account will not start

In cloud platform under Services there is one Service (tenant?) created for the account. Status is Enabled and looks OK.
But, when I press the link(service name), to go to the Orchestrator, I get an empty tab with text “Sign Up”.

How to start the Orchestrator?

Check this thread. There is some issues with UIPath orchestrator. They are working on it and soon you will get update in this post.

I solved it by removing the service and added a new.
Now it works OK
