Default Period Is Wrong When Filtering Cases

The default period, last XXX days is wrong (when using filters)

Root Cause: The issue has been caused by the fact that the overridenow.txt file contained the data from a specific period and regardless of what filter you are trying to use the last date is always the date shown within that file.

Resolution:

  • Remove the file datax\_datasets\%DATASET%\_org\MVNCache\overridenow.txt .
