Deactivate developer license

Dears,
I know that this question has been already asked but since there were some updates about licensing I’d like to be sure I’m doing the right thing.
We need to move the developer license from one VM to a new one, how can I achieve this?

Can I just run in the cmd : C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Studio\UiPath.LicenseTool.exe deactivate? After this, the license can be used again in a new machine?
