Date process condition

Hi, I have to perform certain action in excel if the date is 3rd of the month and not on saturday and sunday. If 3rd is on sat or sun then i have to perform the same action on next weekday. How to write the code for this.

Give a try on following with the assumption chkDate is of DataType: DateTime

chkDate.Day=3 And {0,6}.Contains(chkDate.DayInWeek)

Above line will give you true when the checked day is a 3rd and a Sat or Sun
