Database Query to Find the Asset Values Linked to Each Robot

Is there a way to retrieve details from the database about which Robots are accessing specific assets?

This article describes how to use a database query to find the asset values linked to each robot on a per-robot basis.

Use the following database query:

SELECT

t .TenancyName,

a.Name ,

av.Value ,

CASE WHEN a.ValueType = 2 THEN 'Text'

WHEN a.ValueType = 3 THEN 'Bool'

WHEN a.ValueType = 4 THEN 'Integer'

WHEN a.ValueType = 5 THEN 'Credential'

ELSE CONVERT(varchar(10),a.ValueType) END as ValueType,

R.UserName

FROM

[UiPath].[dbo].[AssetValues] av ,

[dbo].[Assets] a,

[dbo].Tenants t,

[dbo].Robots R

where

av.AssetId = a.Id

and t.Id = a.TenantId

and a.IsDeleted = 0

and av.IsDeleted = 0

and a.ValueScope = 0

and AV.RobotId = R.Id

Note: The value scope needs to be updated according to the following parameters: "Global": 0 and "PerRobot": 1.
