Data Scrapping not working for same item (prices) having different pattern/tag

I am working to get real estate information from a website (https://www.property24.com/apartments-for-sale/cape-town/western-cape/432)
I want to get price from those apartments. The apartments are designed in the website in two ways when you will go to the link, you will see the difference.
For this design, the price tag is different. When I select top search item for data scrapping and after that select the last item, it shows “Can’t find pattern, element differ by tag”
Top 7 item are having same pattern and rest are in another pattern.
I have taken the xml codes from those two patterns and saved in a text file for analysis and found the difference.

how can it helps me? or where I put this to get all prices from that page though having different pattern?

Please help me how can I get all the prices from that page ? In future, how can I overcome this types of problems ?

This time I have tried in same way but couldn’t solve the problem.
