Data Scraping Issue Single row multiple column

hello ,

I tried getting data from cbse website searching for schools in diff cities of diff states.
But when ever i do data scrapping its giving the data all in the columns (when selecting complete table) .
I want t get the data in rows as well as displayed.

If i do the scrapping clicking only single row then its giving output for 1st row of all the pages.
is there any way i can automate it to get the data for multiple states and multiple cities in it?
