I was trying to build an automation allowing me to pull the data from salesforce to excel. My workflow starts to ask an user to input the Company name in a input dialogue then the bot will help you search the company in salesforce and find the past project/transaction name. Then I used the tool ‘Data scraping’ (on Ribbon, not from activities) to save down the data to excel. It works fine to pull the data for client A. But when I ran the workflow for client B and it still pulled the data for client A. Do you guys know why?
