Data Scraping ERROR_Extracting QCM

Hello Guys,

I need to extract questions and their propositions from a web site using Data scraping, The questions are well extracted, but when I try to extract propositions of each question, this error is showing :
“indicate the fields related to the fields indicated to define the first column”

Any suggestions??
