Data Labelling - Upload file issue

I got Data Labelling enabled in my orchestrator 1.,I trying to upload pdf files, When I upload i notice that pdf is not getting uploaded as whole and getting split by pages and getting uploaded. How to upload as a whole? without splitting
2.when I click on Predict button,I am getting the error saying HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘purchaseorders.uipath.com’, port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /?edition=community (Caused by NewConnectionError(‘<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f1815aed580>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -5] No address associated with hostname’))
Can anyone provide suggestion on the same.Thanks in advance
