Scheduler(Orchestrator) is not able to pick up the data after the scheduler is enabled.I get the error message as job for the process failed.I am able to see the data is correctly passed into the queue.

have you tried after providing time delay between add to queue item sequence and get transaction item sequence?
And have you ran the job via orchestrator without using scheduler?
