Hi, i am having an issue where the bot is entering data it has read from a website which is fine and exactly what i want it to do but half way through when it enters office number it then deletes the previous entered data.
I am entering the data on Office 365 when creating a new user. Please see below for screenshot
Are you saying this form may contain data when you first come in and you dont want to overwrite or are you saying that when you type in office it deletes the previous fields?
no the fields are empty, therefore i am not overwriting any data.
As the bot fills the data when it fills out the office phone field the previous 3 fields get deleted however the bot continue to fill the fields correctly.
This must be behavior of the web application and not the robot, at least if you are doing all ok, must be some JavaScript in the form…
