I’m looking for documentation or information on the data archving capabilities within the automation cloud. I know it’s Azure based, but can I backup my data or copy to another site?

If you mean Data Service then everything stays inside the tenant currently. In the future some extraction possibilities (like extract to excel) will be considered.
