CX Companion 2.0 built in Apps using our latest Unified Developer Experience, is a fully customisable , UiPath-powered productivity tool for Contact Center representatives that unifies customer context with AI agents, automations, and custom apps

An embeddable interface for third-party platforms like Salesforce(OOTB) or can be used standalone. CX Companion enables contact center reps to view, run, and track automations , apps and AI agents based on the context of incoming case/requests.
