CVScope "Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed."

What does this error mean in the context of Computer Vision when attempting to Indicate on screen the CVScope?

We have an on-prem CV server and I have set the Server value in the Computer Vision section of the Project Settings and left blank the Server URL in the CVScope activity.

Hello!
Is the server value enclosed in double quotes in the project settings section? This might cause the issue, as the value is supposed to be unquoted in that section.
