CV ELEMENT EXISTS problem

Hi Guys,
I’m facing an issue in Citrix development. Actual task is, I go to a website and click an icon, After clicking that icon, the respective Citrix application will be opened. I have used CV element exists for whether the Citrix application has been opened. But the problem is that I’m getting the result is false, though the application has been opened.

Kindly anyone assist me on this.

Try increasing the Delaybefore with certain milliseconds like 5000
And also increase the TIMEOUTMS value around 50000 milliseconds and the default value of TIMEOUTMS is 30000 milliseconds
