Custum library not found in cloud orchestrator

Hi Botenthusiasts,

we work in the cloud for months now, having our automations use one or more custom libraries we deploy into the tenant feed.
Now we started a new tenent, and deployed the libraries also there into the tenant feed.
But the automations that we deploy on that new tenant fail to load the custom library with:
UiPath.CoreIpc.RemoteException: Failed to install package ‘ourpackage.1.0.4’ —> UiPath.CoreIpc.RemoteException: NU1101: Unable to find package ourlib. No packages exist with this id in source(s): Connect, UiPath,
Is there some magic or voodoo we missed to try before this works?

Have to uploaded or published the ourpackage specifically version 1.0.4 into new tenant?

Please check if the library ourpackage of version is present in the new tenant.

  1. Is the correct version present in orchetsrator?
  2. is machine connected to same tenant? mostly it would be but jsut to confirm
  3. By any chance did you upload to process table instead of libraries in packages?
