Is there a cron expression I can write to schedule a particular to run in every 20 minutes in a certain Time span ?
For example I need to schedule a bot In Every 20 minutes between 9:30 am and 10:30 am i.e 3 times between 9:30 and 10:30 in a single trigger
Is this possible through a cron expression ?
Cron expressions are not capable of directly specifying an interval with multiple occurrences within a specific time span. They are designed to define repetitive patterns based on fixed time intervals (e.g., every minute, every hour, etc.). You can achieve the above result programmatically by retrieving current time & decision-making conditions.

Can I achieve the above through Task Scheduler ?
You can achieve a similar outcome by using Task Scheduler in combination with UiPath Studio, but you might have to use some external component for this. Check out this one from the marketplace:
