Custom activity from library always shows up in search

Hi Experts

I have created a library with a set of custom activities. When I add the library to a project and search for any activity, one of the custom activities in the library always shows up regardless of the search term:

Any ideas why that is?

Seems that the folder name “Windows” is the problem - not really sure why. But if renaming to “Windows OS” or something else resolves the problem.
