Guys I am trying to spy a window appearing after taking some click steps. But that appeared window is not getting spied even for its container, when trying to do so it is taking selectors of background window. Please guide me through this.

Use UiExplorer or Recorder to generate code for the window to see what activities are required. Updating your selectors should fix your issue I guess.

selector is not generated, because that window as a parent container only is not recognized by bot.
