Cron expression to schedule job

Hi Team,

we need help to schedule three bots,

Bot 1: every hour starting 10.30 am till 4.30 pm mon-fri
Bot 2: after 5 mins every hour starting 10.30 am till 4.30 pm mon-fri
Bot 3: after 10 mins every hour starting 10.30 am till 4.30 pm mon-fri

Please help in with the cron expressions separately.
