CRON expression - Execution on April 14 2023 and July 14 2023

I have a requirment that I need to run bot every quarter and they are provided date in the excel. How to write crown expression

eg: bot should trigger next on April 14 2023 and July 14 2023

that should be your crown expression
0 0 0 14 4,7,10,1 *

however, i think theres a quite hard to create dynamic crown expression based on input as the users wants
