Critical Insights Product Notification End of Life for Insights versions 21.4 and before

Insights versions 21.4 and before will reach End of Life as of December 31st, 2023. As of this date, dashboards in impacted versions will no longer be accessible. Additionally, UiPath will no longer provide technical assistance, software updates, or security patches, as per the standard lifecycle policies. Please plan on upgrading to the latest version of UiPath Insights as soon as possible to ensure continued access to Insights and the enhanced capabilities of the updated versions.

To update the existing version of Insights, follow the instructions in the UiPath Insights documentation. Upgrading can be completed by following the instructions on the Insights documentation. However, should questions or issues arise during the upgrade process, the UiPath Customer Support team is available to assist.

Post December 31st, access to all current dashboards will be lost. The underlying data will remain, however after completing the necessary upgrades, the original dashboards will no longer be available and new dashboards will need to be created without a reference.
