Credential Error

The user attempted to log in using tenant administrator credentials but received an Invalid Credentials error. Subsequently, the user initiated a password reset request however, no password reset email was received.

Meanwhile you can try below options,

It may pointing to other tenant.
Clear the browser history Open UiPath.com website(Note dont open any link that you used earlier) type in chrome Uipath.com website.
try to login from over there.
