How do I safely and securely collect login credentials as an asset, that need to be used in automations that are used for different departments within a company? How can the owner of the credentials control this function, e.g. updating them should the need arise?
You can create the asset in the orchestrator and select the asset type credentials and provide the username and password.
Give the folder permission to only one user who will change the credentials.
In UiPath studio you can use the get credentials activity to call the credentials stored in orchestrator.
If you want to store multiple credentials create multiple assets to store.
