Creating mail object from a mail saved in local

I am working on an automation related to mails. I receive a mail daily which has n number mails as attachment . The task is to read the body of all attached mail and extract some important info from all. I have downloaded all the mails. What I am thinking is, If I could make a mail object of the saved attachment I could easily iterate through all mails and get the mail body. Is it possible to make a mail object from a mail that is saved in local?
