Creating AD user from multiple domains

Hi Team,
How do AD users from multiple domain in Uipath. Its not allowing me to add the user. Can you please help.

E.g. One of my user user-a belong to domain d and other user user-b belongs to domain e. How to I add both the AD domain so that both the users login through window authentication.

I’m also keen to know this, I had issuing trying to do it previously. Hopefully you can get a reply.

Hi @AWoz
I would advise to add the parent domain so that child domain can be added easily.

E.g.

A is the parent domain whereas B and C are the child. You should add A rather than B or C.

That’s helpful thank you. Do you know what trust requirements are needed for this? For example, if domain A is more secure than B and C, and only has one-way trust. From my experience this doesn’t work but it’s also a pretty common use case.

We are also experiencing similar issue - Any idea how we can do this?

We have 2 domains Lets say A and B and has only one way trust.

B trusts A but A doesn’t trust. We would like to add user from A domain in B domain security group. Can you please help us with this?
