The create a ticket feature in the custome portal is responding with nonsense. It says “The license code was sucessfully validated!”, then immediately says “invalid domain for your account”. Makes no sense at all.
I informed the proper team to check this up.
Update from the team:
The error indicates that the license code is valid, but the user’s domain @imagineteam.com is not matching the company account that has this license.
According to the screenshot, the ticket about not being able to sign in is already submitted. The support team should assist the user via email.
