How to create a queue-based ROI dashboard in Insights?

The Business ROI dashboard in Insights is designed to leverage processes executions by default. In order to use queue transactions instead, it is recommended to do the below:

  • Sisense-based On-Premise Insights (Up to version 2021.4):

To create a queue-based ROI dashboard, it is recommended to use the following Marketplace component: UiPath Insights ROI Dashboard - Queues

This would use queue transactions to mimic the OOTB Business ROI dashboard.

  • Looker-based On-Premise Insights (Version 2021.10), and Cloud Insights:
