Creating a project in AI Center vs Document Understanding

I have created a project manually in AI Center. But when I got aware of this pop up, I am little bit confused,

What does this pop up means?
The out of box ML Package created in the AI Center project will be depreciated after a time period? and if the project created in Document Understanding will not be affected?

Can you please help me to clear my confusion?
