CreateEntityRecord failed during execution

Hi all,

We are facing an issue with Data Service which is only happening from time to time.
Our automation process takes records from a lot of Excels and bundles that information in one record in the Data Service of UiPath.

When the error happens, it can be that already some records are written to the Data Service or sometimes it happens on the first record. And mostly there is no error.

The error is the following:
Something went wrong trying to add BCS_000072 issue: UiPath.DataService.Activities.Exceptions.EntityServiceException: CreateEntityRecord failed during execution.

Can someone help us out finding what this error means / why it is happening from time to time?
