Create Orchestrator Shortcut on Taskbar

My previous laptop I was able to create a shortcut to Orchestrator on my taskbar. It did not open up the entire chrome browser just a chrome shell with the Orchestrator UI. The target is something like:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome_proxy.exe” --profile-directory=Default --app-id=elonjahcblbakcghnpmjjmajpdnaglcc

I can’t find any documentation on how to create this. I have the chrome_proxy.exe in the proper place

Pin a website to Chrome icon on the taskbar, not as a seperate icon - Google Chrome Community.

I’m trying to keep it separate from Chrome. This way it acts as an independent application and I can close chrome without closing Orchestrator. (yes, If you kill the Chrome.exe it also ends)
