Create input forms in body of the mail

When I try to create html content, it creates forums. However, when I try to complete an email, the structure changes.

please tell us the exact Activity which you are using for Sending the email. It can happen, that behind the scenes, the modelled HTML Code is touched and/or the form is otherwise blocked.

Maybe you can also elaborate on the over-all goal what you want to achieve. So we can check the options

The ultimate goal is to send mail to the end user with forms in the body and get a response back with data from the end user.
