Create forms looks like Email Template and accept email address and send email

Hii All,

Please help me into the below scenarios.

1.The layout of the current form should looks like Email template (Send ,To, CC, Body, Subject)

2.Before Drafting email form , User should select domain (multiple domains should available).

3.User first select the domain (Multiple domain can be selected).

4.While entering To and CC recipients should only allow of the selected domain email Ids.

5.If user trying to enter Email Id of some other domain then It should not accept that Email Id.

  1. Enter send button , Email should reach to the respected recipients.

Please help me out into this on urgent basis.
