Create event i other peoples calendar

Hi All

I need some way of creating event in my colleagues outlook calendars. I cant just invite them as they will not be able to change the events without requesting. I tried googling it but it does not seem possbile to change the organizer.

When I send emails using send smtp mail messag, I am able to provide the properties for the server and then send an email as a colleague.

Is there a similar way to book events in other peoples calendar?
