Create DocumentSet in Sharepoint by Code

Hello all,
I am trying to create a new DocumentSet in sharepoint.
The sharepoint is already configured and via the UI I can do this without problems. But I would like to create a new set via API Call/Graph.API.

I have found many code snippets on stackoverflow but no one has really helped me.

Maybe someone has done this before and would provide me with his code?
