I have a major issue while using the Action Center with the “Create Document Validation Action” activity. The following error is thrown:

Can you give a try by updating the DU packages and related to this activity.

This is mostly failing due extractionresults, ensure that extraction is happening properly.

This error occurs because some fields in your ExtractionResults have invalid OCR references, especially where TextLength = 0. The Create Document Validation Action expects valid positive text lengths, and when it encounters empty or incorrect references (common in table headers or missing fields), it throws this error. To fix it, clean or validate the ExtractionResults before passing it, or re-run OCR/extraction to ensure proper text mapping.
