Create a form which can be accessed by anyone

Hi,
I have created a form using UiPath Apps and it needs to be accessed by the people outside organizations also or who do not have access to UiPath.
How we can provide them a link which is accessible by everyone?

You need to make the app public by checking the flag Public.

Your org admin should be able to do that.
If you have the administrator rights then only you would be able to make the app public.

We do have administrator rights stills we are not able to do it.

Dear All, does anyone know why this feature of UiPath Apps - Public app is disabled? [image] my understanding according to the release note, is that I need App Unit Licenses. https://docs.uipath.com/apps/automation-cloud/latest/release-notes/june-2023 but I cannot find App Unit SKU in the licensing.uipath.com pls don’t ask me to create a Ticket. Can you check if there are any App Unitsa available in your Licenses and Consumables section?
