Create a duplicate of the outlook mail in a subfolder

Hi, I have an atypical use case. I don’t want to move a mail, but create a duplicate of the Outlook mail in a subfolder. The function ‘copy’ does not help here, because the original mail is still moved. Does anyone have an idea?

Maybe you can either try to reply or forward the email and create a outlook rule to move these replied emails

This is a business test case. No mails should be answered. The original mail is processed by the customer service. Only the copied mail should be stored in a separate subfolder additionally.
I need the information how to create a second copy of the mail (duplicated mail with the same timestamp).
